Answers to common questions about our in-salon consultations and booking availability.
Bring inspiration photos, a list of current products, and information about recent services or allergies. This helps your stylist accurately assess texture, color history, and design a realistic plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Consultations typically last 20–45 minutes depending on complexity. We use this time to examine hair and scalp, discuss goals, outline service options, and recommend timelines so future appointments are efficient and predictable.
While not always required, consultations are strongly recommended before chemical services or major color changes. They let us evaluate hair integrity, discuss risks, and create a stepwise plan to protect hair health and achieve desired results.
Consultations are offered only on select weekdays (Tuesday through Thursday) and aren't available on weekends or most evenings. Please check our online booking or contact the salon to confirm available weekday appointment times.
A consultation fee may apply depending on stylist and length; fees are often applied toward your future service when booked. We’ll disclose any costs at booking so you know what to expect before your appointment.
