Service Policy

Please review our policies before booking your appointment. These guidelines help us provide the best experience for every guest.

Service Adjustments

All services are subject to change based on the length, density, and difficulty of achieving the desired end result.

48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or modify an appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the originally booked service.

Service Modifications

Any modifications requested within 48 hours of the appointment will still be charged based on the price of the originally booked service.

24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the originally booked service amount.

Future Booking Restrictions

All no-show appointments will be blocked from booking future appointments. No exceptions.

À La Carte Services

All services are offered à la carte. Chemical and conditioning services do not include a blowout or styled finish unless specifically booked.

Length, Density & Texture Disclosure

Please disclose if your hair length, density, or texture may require additional time to complete your service. This helps us schedule appropriately and provide the best possible experience.

Guests & Children Policy

Please do not bring companions or children to your appointment unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Any additional guest arriving without an appointment will be asked to wait outside the studio, or your appointment may be rescheduled and become subject to our late cancellation policy. No exceptions.
