Custom cuts and styling for all hair types, textures, and lengths, with options for children, clipper cuts, and trims.

A maintenance trim to refresh bangs, undercut, or hairline. Does not include shampoo or restyle and is not meant for new styles.

Bang Trim / Undercut / Hairline Cleanup

A basic haircut using primarily clippers, ideal for short styles with blended finishes. Not a detailed barber fade.

Clipper Cut

A light haircut focused on trimming ends and removing split ends without changing the overall style or shape.

Dry Dusting Cut

For long, thick, or textured hair, or major style changes. Includes extra time and a style finish.

Meet the Dream Team

At The LABoratory, we have a level system for our stylists. A promotion to each level is based on a number of factors, including : demand on time, skill, experience and education. As a stylist moves up in levels, you will see a small increase in the costs of their services. This is reflective of the investment they have made in their professional development.  Guests are encouraged to chose any level stylist that best fits their needs and budget. Keep in mine, we work as a team, so please feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you'd like

My stylist, Alexis — the Queen of Color 👑 — is a true artist. She brought my vision to life with a gorgeous fall-inspired palette of burgundy, copper, and amber (picture attached!).

The Laboratory is wonderful. I have been going to Ruby and Alexis since 2016. The whole salon staff is kind, welcoming, friendly, and so much more. They are amazing with color. They did an awesome job when I wanted to go back to blonde from dark brown, and then became a redhead, and then did a beautiful transition back to blonde. They are so kind and always willing to work with you on what you want. I cannot say enough good things about this salon.

This salon was such a vibe! I moved to the area at the beggining of the year and it’s taken me a few different places to find exactly what I’m looking for. I've been coming to The Lab for over two years now and can say it is the BEST salon I've been to. It is not often you can say no matter who you go to at the salon you will not be disappointed. All the staff are very talented and friendly, not to mention honest with you about your hair journey.

I have been going to the lab since they started! I see Josselyn and she’s amazing. There have been more times than I can count where people will stop me and ask me where I get my hair done! Where do I begin? I’ve been a client for 8 years now and these ladies have all worked miracles on my unruly curly hair. From color to haircuts, I’m always blown away by the end results. Friendly staff, knowledgeable stylist, and an incredibly roomy salon all make for a wonderful experience (the snacks don’t hurt either). Went in on Wednesday for the first time had a great time and then the next day i washed my hair in the morning and i had noticed that the length of my hair was just an inch off so I reached out the salon sent them a quick text and they responded pretty quick back and then they got me in the next day and Sarah did a quick fix I’m super happy with the results.  I told sarah that i wanted that shaggy look and she got it on the dot!

I had never set follow-up appointments at a hair salon before I started going to The Lab! You observe collaboration happening between stylists, which is amazing since they are all so highly talented. Parking is incredibly easy and prices are very reasonable.

The LABoratory is an incredible space. The stylists are all incredible and have price points to fit everyone’s budget. Which is awesome in todays economy.

I've been going to Ruby since 2017 after a friend recommended her and had to follow her when she opened up her own salon, The LABoratory! Ruby and Alexis are amazing along with the rest of her amazing team and I genuinely can't go anywhere else. I frequent The LABoratory for babylights and haircuts mostly and each session is done with care and amazing explanations of what is going into my hair and how to care for color maintenance and longevity. Ruby is essentially a scientist with hair and I love how she spreads her knowledge to her team and her clients. 10 stars if I could!
